Carrier Charges: You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. We are not responsible for carrier fees or overage charges. 5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer We are not responsible for carrier service interruptions, delays, or failures. GrandHavenArea.com does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free SMS delivery. 6. Age Restriction (18+) You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. We do not knowingly collect SMS opt-ins from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has opted in, we will immediately remove their number from our SMS list and delete any associated data.
